It uses the most up-to-date Ordnance Survey large scale mapping, showing buildings, boundaries etc., and has all the information required by local authority planning departments - including a Scale Bar and North Arrow

Contours layers are at 10m and 5m and 1m

The Contours depict a DTM - A Bare Earth Model (no Vegetation or Building Heights)

Contours are not usually required for a Planning application
