Here's how to order from themapcentre.com:

1. First, find the product you'd like to order. You can either:

  • Browse the shop by country or region or
  • Use the quick search box next to the globe.

 

2. The next step, once you've found the product you want, is to add it to your basket:

  • First, click the 'Add to Basket' button next to the item you want.
  • Then, click Confirm to add it to your basket. If this is the only item you want, you can click Checkout Now to go straight to the payment stage. If you want more than one of the same item, type the quantity you'd like in the Quantity box before pressing Confirm.

 

3. You can do this for as many products as you like. You can view your basket at any time by clicking 'View Cart' in the top right. Once you've added all you want to the basket, it's time to checkout.

  • Click the Checkout link at the top right of the page.
  • Select your country and region from the drop-down list, then click Next.
  • Input your address details. You can also choose to receive our special offers newsletter, and choose a different shipping address.
  • Next choose your Shipping option. There are several choices depending on what product you've ordered. If you have ordered, for example, a book and map, leave the box set to Folded Maps and we'll work out the shipping for you.
  • The next step is a quick questionnaire. Let us know if you would like part-shipment of your order, and answer the rest of the questions if you wish.

4. The final stage is processing your payment details

  • Once you've finished the questionnaire, click Next. You'll be re-directed to our secure payment page.
  • Choose your card type from the drop-down list.
  • Type in the long number in the middle of the card, with spaces.
  • If you have a Switch card, you may have either an Issue number, a start date, or sometimes both. If you do not have an Issue number, type 0 in the box.
  • Type in the Security code from the signature strip on the back of your card. We need the last 3 digits.
  • Select the Start and Expiry dates from the drop down lists.
  • Finally, click Next.

Your order will be sent to us at Hereford Map Centre, where we'll process it as soon as possible.
