Sitemap A4 for planning permission and building regulations.
When you are extending your home or carrying out small building projects you need detailed mapping of your property or site to submit to the planning authorities. Ordnance Survey's Sitemap A4 pack provides you with six copies of your project site.
Up to six copies of both block plans (1:500 scale) and location mapping (1:1250 and 1:2500 scale) may be required when applying for planning permission. Your local planning authority will advise you on the scale and number of copies required for planning and building regulations.
Sitemap A4 is supplied with a choice of three scale options:
1:500 scale
80m by 80m of ground detail - for a close-up block plan of your site;
1:1250 scale
200m by 200m of ground detail location plan; and
1:2500 scale
400m by 400m of ground detail, location plan.
In addition to domestic planning applications, Sitemap A4 mapping has a wide variety of uses:
