A4 Sitemap is designed especially for planning applications. It uses the most up-to-date Ordnance Survey large scale mapping, showing buildings, boundaries etc., and has all the information required by council planning departments. This 1:1,250 scale Sitemap, often referred to as a 'location plan', is designed to show your property in relation to those around it. It is often used in conjunction with a 1:500 'block plan' - please see the Related Edit Products tab.
Each order of A4 Sitemaps consists of 6 copies. To order, enter the site-centre information in the box provided. This should be either a full address including postcode or six figure co-ordinates.
PLEASE NOTE: 1:1,250 is the appropriate scale for urban areas. If you order 1:2,500 A4 Sitemap in an urban area, the cost of the mapping may increase due to Ordnance Survey scale bands; you get twice the amount of mapping because the scale is halved. If this is the case, we will contact you before processing the order to verify you would like to continue with the increased price or alter the order to 1:1,250.
